We are seeking someone who has that special ability to understand our guests and how to provide exceptional service throughout every stage of their Enchanted Fairies experience.

Because of the family oriented wholesome nature of our company, we are seeking someone who has that ability to connect with families.  Our perfect rock star Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist will focus on daily collecting of client payments and work with management and the billing department to minimize aged receivables.

A typical day would be collecting past-due payments from our amazing clients, while providing high professionalism and exceptional service.

Core Accountabilities

• Performs daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data.
• Meets minimum required contact (phone calls and emails) goals and collections standards.
• Collects revenue while providing exceptional customer service to clients with past due balances.
• Maintains frequent contact with customers to collect past due payments and reports unresolved collections issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years’ accounts receivable experience
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ consumer collections experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.

Technical Requirements

• Quickbooks experience required
• Must be tech savvy w/working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions
• Reliable Computer w/great internet connection (THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION!)

Pay: $19-$24/hour (Depending on Experience)
