We are seeking someone who has that special ability to understand our guests and how to provide a magical experience before they arrive at their local Enchanted Fairies to have an adventure.

You’ll be a part of a team that is collaborative, humble, and strategic.

Because of the family oriented wholesome nature of our company, we are seeking someone who has that ability to connect with parents and make their day.  Our perfect rock star BILINGUAL Experience Concierge will be in command of all our communication on the phone, email and social media.

A typical day would be assisting our amazing guests booking their magical adventures with us on the phone, responding to Facebook and emails. 

You will make sure everyone is ready for their visit to our studio locations and make sure everyone you speak and type to ends their conversation with a smile :)

Core Accountabilities

• Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Must have a minimum of 2 years' inbound call center experience.
• Social Media and Internet Savvy. You are a master of tech and can adapt and learn new software easily.
• Has a high attention to detail and approaches work in an organized manner
• Resourceful and diligent in research
• Develops a thorough understanding of our magical experiences
• Successfully navigates and challenges a strategy
• Actively participates/contributes to department meetings
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexible in working together with coworkers and taking constructive criticism to achieve company goals.
• High level of emotional intelligence

Technical Requirements

• Expert level use of Social Media
• Reliable Computer with Very Fast Internet (THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION!)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15/hour to start + scheduled semi-annual pay raises
